Save the Date!  Our annual school auction will take place on Saturday, March 23rd, 2019.  Our theme this year is “Life is Good Here – Celebrating the Best of the Pacific Northwest!

Tickets are not yet available for purchase.

Each family’s participation is critical to the success of the auction.

How can you help?

  1. Attend the auction! Bring friends!  RSVP right away when you receive the invitation.
  2. Start reaching out to your community of friends, family members, and businesses you frequent for donations. This is a great opportunity for a business to make a tax-deductible contribution and advertise their goods and services.  The donation deadline is February 22, 2019 so the time to begin procuring donations is now!  Procurement forms and procurement letters to businesses are available in the office, and via these links.  If you are using the two-part form from the office, the completed white copy gets attached to the donation; the yellow copy is the tax receipt for the donor.  If you are using a digital copy, please be sure to print one to go with the item and one for the donor.
  3. Make personal donations of cash, goods, or services. Please use the same procurement form that you are using for businesses.  Donation deadline is February 22, 2019.
  4. Volunteering your time. We have many opportunities for volunteers to offer their time and talents to work as a team.  Part of the fun of the auction is getting to know other parents.  Please join us and share your creativity, talent, and energy.  Your time spent goes toward the minimum of 20 service hours required of families.  If you would like to help out with the auction, please email Mindy Orcutt at secretary@monroechristian.org.
