Sponsorship Overview

Touch-A-Truck offers sponsors an excellent opportunity to showcase their brand and interact with parents, children, businesses and the community at large while reaching a key demographic. MONSTER TRUCK SPONSOR – $1,000

•    Desired vehicle participation
•    Business name, logo, and click-through link on the Touch-A-Truck Facebook event page and website
•    Business name and logo on flyers and print advertisements
•    Business name and logo on thank you ad
•    Business name in all press releases
•    “Welcome” social media post on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.  Each will also receive four individual “thank you” corporate sponsor social media posts spread between now and one week following the event date.
•    Business is allowed to display its company banner at the event
•    Sponsor can bring giveaways to promote the business
•    Lunch for up to 10 attendees
•    Tickets up to $100 in value

BULLDOZER SPONSOR – $500

•    Desired vehicle participation
•    Business name listed on the Touch-A-Truck Facebook event page and website
•    “Welcome” social media post on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.  Each will also receive at least one individual “thank you” corporate sponsor social media post(s) spread between now and the event date
•    Business is allowed to display its company banner at the event
•    Sponsor can bring giveaways to promote the business
•    Lunch for up to 5 attendees
•    Tickets up to $50 in value

BIGWHEEL SPONSOR – $250

•    Desired vehicle participation
•    “Welcome” social media post on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages
•    Business is allowed to display its company banner at the event
•    Sponsor can bring giveaways to promote the business
•    Tickets up to $25 in value

*Mentions in press releases, social media, and newsletters will occur between now and one week following the event. Touch-A-Truck social media posts are reaching several thousand people. Posting will begin as soon as the Sponsor Form is received.

Event Overview

Touch-A-Truck is a family-friendly, hands-on event that offers opportunities for children to EXPLORE and TOUCH trucks, emergency response vehicles, heavy machinery and other equipment, as well as meet the personnel who protect, serve and build our community. Learning will come alive when children connect these gigantic vehicles to our Sky Valley economy and possible careers such as military, first responders, farming, manufacturing and construction.

Vehicles on display include construction trucks, emergency response vehicles, tractor trailers, utility trucks, race cars, and more! The event also features pony rides, face painting, inflatables, games, crafts and local food and retail vendors.

Attendance 

Monroe Christian School invites the community to participate in Touch-A-Truck for a cost of $5 per ticket or $25 per family (all must arrive together). The 2016 event drew a crowd of almost 5,000 people. This year we hope to reach even more students, community groups and individuals.
